I grew up watching and admiring as my mother would bake and cook for my family and all of our wonderful guests. I watched as she would spend hours making food, pastries and cakes with so much love. I fell in love with the activity and treasured the time we spent together, baking. My mom would delight our family and friends with her amazing hard work and talent for baking. I saw how it brought people together. As I grew up, I learned more and more from her, perfected my own craft, and took further courses to practice my art and design skills. I now continue her legacy and practice her techniques as I craft each cake with love and joy, just as she did. For me, there is no such thing as "just an order".
